Your satisfaction is our top priority. From the moment you sign up for service with ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions, we make sure you receive the best in-home care. We will go the extra mile to deliver the best house cleaning experience with a professional cleaning service.
In order to enhance your experience with ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions, please read the following information.
Service Agreement
By booking services with ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Service Disclaimer
ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance. All areas are expected to be free of clutter. We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care. We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, concrete floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Missed access may result in a cancellation fee.
Notice
We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 2 stepladder. For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning. The presence of other workers or excess of people in the house might cause the estimate to be inaccurate. Having other work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction. No heavy furniture will be moved.
Payments
- Payment is due as outlined at booking
- Deposits may be required for certain services
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Supplies & Estimates
All cleaning estimates are valid for 15 days. Final pricing may vary slightly on the day of service based on the actual condition of the home. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates upfront, some spaces may require additional time and attention once we arrive.
We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools to ensure a thorough, high-quality clean. To help us work efficiently, we kindly ask that clients provide the following basic household items:
- A working vacuum
- A toilet scrubber for each bathroom
- Kitchen trash bags

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Lock-Out Policy
At ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions, we value your time — and ours. To ensure consistent, high-quality service for all of our clients, we've implemented the following policies regarding scheduling, cancellations, and access to your property.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
- Reschedule requests made 24 hours or more before your scheduled service will be accommodated at no charge.
- Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a rescheduling fee or treated as a late cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
To respect our team's time and reserved appointment slots:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will not be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
- Same-day cancellations or repeated last-minute cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
For recurring clients, two or more late cancellations may result in removal from the recurring schedule.
Lock-Out / No-Access Policy
Please ensure we are able to access the property at the scheduled service time.
If our team arrives and is unable to enter the home or business due to:
- Locked doors
- Incorrect or missing access instructions
- Alarm not disarmed
- Pets not secured as agreed
…the visit will be considered a lock-out.
- Lock-outs are subject to a lock-out fee or up to 100% of the scheduled service cost, as our time and travel have already been committed.
Weather & Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and severe weather can occur. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented emergencies or unsafe conditions.
Safety & Limitations
For safety reasons, we do not:
- Handle hazardous materials
- Move heavy furniture or appliances
- Clean biohazardous waste
Pet Policy
Pets must be secured during service. Excessive pet hair, waste, or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees or service refusal.
Photo & Marketing Consent
By scheduling services with ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions, you grant permission for our team to take photographs and/or short video recordings of the serviced areas before, during, and after cleaning for documentation, quality control, training, and marketing purposes.
Photos and videos may be used on our website, social media platforms, online listings, and promotional materials. We take care to ensure that no personal, identifying, or sensitive information is intentionally captured, including family photos, mail, personal documents, or security details.
All media will focus strictly on the condition of the space and the quality of our work.
If you prefer that photos or videos not be used for marketing purposes, you must notify us in writing prior to your scheduled service. Opting out will not affect the quality or availability of services.
By allowing access to the property and proceeding with service, you acknowledge and accept this photo consent policy unless an opt-out request has been submitted and confirmed.
ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to retain photos and videos for internal documentation and dispute resolution purposes regardless of marketing opt-out status.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service so we may address the issue.
Damage Disclaimer
We take great care in every clean. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions is a local company that relies primarily on word-of-mouth recommendations, so please communicate any concerns you might have about the service disclaimer or a house cleaning experience with our company. We want to make sure your experience is great so you share it with others.
Policy Acknowledgment
By booking services with ASB Pro Cleaning Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to these rescheduling, cancellation, and lock-out policies. These policies help us maintain reliable scheduling and deliver the consistent, professional service our clients expect.
These Terms of Service, together with the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") and the rules, policies, terms and conditions set forth in, referred to and/or linked herein, all of which are incorporated herein by reference, are, collectively, the "Terms".
